Breast Center Campaign
After former First Lady Nancy Reagan won her battle against breast cancer, she gave her name to Adventist Health Simi Valley’s breast center to further her mission to ensure women across Ventura County receive expert breast care.
The center, which serves more than 13,000 women each year, has not been expanded or updated since it opened 31 years ago, and the need for expansion is great: new equipment and additional staff are needed to serve the growing number of patients. Adventist Health Simi Valley Foundation invites you to join us in raising $2 million to renovate and expand the Nancy Reagan Breast Center.
Routine 3-D mammography is the number one way to find cancer early and initiate appropriate treatment, and our renovation project will include an additional 3-D mammography unit and ultrasound machine.
Sadly, breast cancer is increasing in Ventura County and is affecting younger women. When you invest in the breast center’s growth, you are helping generations of women in our community for decades to come. It’s easy to give and all gifts matter in helping us expand and renovate the center!
